DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Our team will reach out to you once your purchased items are ready to be shipped to your home, and or office space. Our estimated delivery time depends on the item ordered and whenever the manufacturer has it ready.  All orders require a signature upon delivery, If no-one is in attendance at the time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest post office of the logistic company delivering the item, or relevant depot. 

Shipping & Delivery Times

Except for the ready-to-deliver products, all custom orders must first be made with the manufacturers before being shipped to you. We are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible after receipt of your order - please allow approximately 120 working days anywhere in the USA.

 

Order processing will be as follows:

  

- 8-12 weeks for the MANUFACTURE of the furniture: from the order confirmation until the goods are available in our warehouse (August and from December 25-January 10 excluded);

- 1 week for QUALITY CONTROL: at this stage, we verify product compliance with the order, integrity of the goods and prepare items for shipping to the specified address;

- 1 week for DELIVERY in Italy or European Union Countries;

- 2-5 weeks for DELIVERY in non-European Union Countries (according to the place of delivery). 

 

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped and are on their way to you. which includes tracking information when available. All orders require a signature upon delivery, If no-one is in attendance at the time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest post office of the logistic company delivering the item, or relevant depot. 

Refunds & Return Policy

The eligibility of returns depends on the manufacturer. To be eligible for a refund of the amount of the furniture, the Seller will follow the instruction and guidance of the insurance company at the point of delivery of the furniture. 

Ready to sell items are eligible for exchange but all customized furniture cannot be exchanged since they are built to order.

Furniture, as displayed on our sites, are built-to-order or customized as per Buyers’ requirements. All built-to-order and customized items are strictly non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed. Please confirm prior to placing your order.

All furniture is built-to-order from the manufacturer which has been made to your specification unless found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you by insurance personnel. 

Your right to return and be eligible for refunds will be determined by the recommendation of the insurance agent.

Claims of order non-conformity of the products delivered must be received in writing directly by Yakori Corporation., immediately, and not after 3 (three) days from the day the customer receives the goods.

We recommend that the Customer preserves the original packing and delivery note for at least 3 (three) days.

International Orders

Additional handling fees may apply on products that are fragile, bulky, or just difficult to ship. All items are fully insured for loss or damage protecting your investment door to door.  

To ensure that your package goes through customs clearance, all international orders will be shipped with an original invoice on the box, which shows the full amount that you paid for the products you have purchased. International delivery does not include taxes, duties, or all costs concerning quarantine that should be paid by the customer before delivery. Please do your best to educate and familiarize yourself with the import tax policies in your country. 

Taxes and Duties

Clients are responsible for all customs charges to be paid at the border. In case a particular order requires additional documentation to enter the border, the actual cost to have it released should be paid separately prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or blocks that Customs officials may apply to your order while enforcing any specific import regulations.

Delivery & Assembly

Yakori does not offer a service to assemble your products upon delivery.
